On Monday 3rd October, the MINIONS trailer was launched globally across all platforms.
The trailer debut has been enthusiastically received online. In less than 24 hours, there have been over 28 million views of the trailer. In the first three hours following its debut, there were over 18,000 mentions of the trailer and movie in social media (which exceeded the initial response for the DESPICABLE ME 2 first trailer debut). In addition, there have been over 3 million shares/comments/likes for the trailer on Facebook alone in the past 18 hours.
